• If the commuter leaves any goods in the vehicle then DIMTS will not be able to take up the issue in any form like complaint/feedback.
• The courts of Delhi, India shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matters arising from the use of the services offered by DIMTS.
